ISLAND TASTE FOOD started in early May 2026. We deeply missed our favourite Samoan foods, which inspired us to learn how to make them ourselves. Steam lamb buns have always been a cherished favourite, perfect for any time of day, so we dedicated ourselves to perfecting them.
